How long will it take to receive the samples?

Once a sample is dispatched, delivery usually takes around 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method and destination.

The full sample timeline is worth planning around:

• Sample production: 7-14 working days for standard styles, and 7-10 days when a rush service is arranged.
• Stock-fabric samples: can be much faster, sometimes within 3-5 days, because no fabric sourcing is required.
• Courier transit: typically 3-7 business days by express. Remote destinations, customs checks or holiday peaks can add a few days.
• Revisions: if the first sample is not exactly right, we revise and resend, which restarts the sample production clock.

To keep things fast, please confirm style, fabric, colour codes, size chart and logo artwork when you request the sample, and tell us your target date. For urgent projects ask about rush sampling combined with your own express courier account.

You receive a specification sheet with the sample, plus photos and video checks during development so you can follow progress before the parcel even lands.

Two practical tips. First, plan backwards from your in-market date, because sample production plus courier transit plus any revision round is the realistic window rather than courier time alone. Second, if the sample is urgent, arrange shipping on your own courier account and ask us to release it the same day it passes inspection, which typically saves one to two days.
