What is your delivery time?

Bulk delivery generally runs 30-60 business days from order confirmation, and 30-50 working days for basic styles once the final sample is approved and materials are ready.

What affects the date:

• Order volume and complexity: larger or technically demanding orders such as multi-layer waterproof shells, flame-retardant workwear or many colourways take longer than repeat orders in standard fabrics.
• Fabric readiness: core fabrics and trims are held in safety stock so common orders can start immediately, while special or imported materials need to be secured early.
• Season: peak seasons can extend lead time, so booking production capacity early is strongly advised.
• Shipping mode: sea freight adds the longest transit, air and express are fastest, and we will advise the most cost-effective option that still meets your deadline.

Every order gets a production schedule with daily output targets, and progress is reported with photos at key milestones so there are no surprises.

If your retail calendar is fixed, tell us the drop date at the enquiry stage. We then work backwards to a production start date, reserve capacity and, where needed, recommend producing the fastest-selling colourways first so your shelves are stocked in sequence rather than all at once.
