UniOuter provides a one-stop OEM and ODM service so brand owners can build a complete outdoor or functional apparel line without assembling their own supply chain.
What we handle:
- Product strategy: reviewing your target market, positioning and price points to propose a workable range rather than a random collection.
- Design and development: turning sketches, reference garments or written briefs into patterns, size grading and producible specifications.
- Fabric selection: recommending materials by climate, activity and price point, including waterproof and breathable laminates from our own mill.
- Branding: logos, labels, trims, colour matching and branded packaging so the product arrives retail-ready.
- Sampling: physical samples in 7-14 working days so you can validate the design before committing to volume.
- Bulk production: 30-50 working days for basic styles, with three-stage QC and export documentation.
- Low entry point: MOQ from 300-500 pieces per style and colour, so a first collection stays affordable.
We also protect your designs with an NDA on request, and can start with a small capsule range of three to five styles before scaling to a full seasonal line.
One thing worth setting early is the range logic. A first collection works best as a small set of styles that share fabrics and trims, because shared materials lower the minimum quantities and simplify production. Send us your positioning and we will propose a capsule that can be produced economically and extended later.
