For trade orders two things determine whether a partnership works: the goods arrive on time, and they match the approved sample.
How we protect the delivery schedule:
- Planned capacity: production slots are reserved rather than assumed, especially in peak season.
- Material readiness: core fabrics and trims are held in safety stock, and special materials are ordered as soon as the specification is locked.
- Milestone reporting: every order runs on a schedule with daily output targets and photo updates at key stages.
- Schedule buffer: a small buffer is built in to absorb unexpected issues, with proactive communication if anything shifts.
How we protect quality:
- Three-stage QC: incoming material inspection, in-process checks and full final inspection.
- Sample standard: the approved sample is sealed and becomes the reference for every batch.
- Functional testing: waterproofness, breathability, tear strength and colour fastness tested against your specification.
- Third-party inspection: SGS, BV or Intertek arranged on request.
Because sourcing, design and production sit in one system, there are fewer handover points where something can go wrong.
Two further safeguards are worth knowing. The approved sample is sealed and kept on file, so a dispute about a repeat batch can be settled against a physical standard rather than an opinion. And any specification change requested after production starts is documented and re-approved in writing, so both sides stay aligned.
