Manufacturing & Production

What is your typical production lead time, and how do you manage delivery risk?

Bulk production generally takes 4-8 weeks after the final sample is approved and materials are ready. The exact time depends on order quantity, fabric availability and season (peak season may be slightly longer). To keep delivery on time we take these measures. Material readiness: We maintain safety stock of core fabrics and trims so common orders start immediately, and we secure special or imported materials with early purchase orders. Production planning: A clear production schedule with daily output targets is set up for every order, and progress is tracked and reported to you with photos at key milestones. Buffer planning: We build a small buffer into the schedule to absorb unexpected issues, and we proactively communicate if any adjustment is needed. Shipping support: We work with reliable logistics partners and can advise on the most cost-effective shipping method (sea, air, or express) to match your deadline.

How do you ensure product quality and functional performance?

Quality is controlled at multiple stages throughout the whole production chain. Incoming fabric inspection: Every batch of fabric is checked for weight, color consistency, shrinkage and defects before it enters the cutting line. Sample approval: A pre-production (PP) sample is made and approved by you before bulk production starts, so there are no surprises. In-process QC: Our QC team checks during cutting, sewing, and finishing, including seam strength, stitch density, zipper function and printing/embroidery quality. Final inspection: Before shipment, a final random inspection (AQL 2.5 standard) is conducted, and you can also arrange third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) at your own cost or we can arrange it for you. Functional testing: Performance requirements such as waterproofness, windproofness, breathability, tear strength and color fastness are tested against your specifications. We can provide test reports for key parameters.

What customization options are available (design, logo, color, size, packaging)?

We offer full-service customization, supporting both OEM (make to your existing spec) and ODM (we design and develop for you). Design & pattern: We develop original patterns, styles and functional details; or we follow your technical pack (tech pack) precisely. Logo & branding: Embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, woven labels, and reflective printing/logos for safety and visibility. Color matching: Pantone color matching on fabrics, zippers, trims and threads to keep your brand consistent. Size grading: Standard international size charts (US/EU/UK/Asia) or your own custom size range, including tall, plus and children's sizing. Packaging: Custom polybags, hang tags, cartons and shipping marks with your branding, plus eco-friendly packaging options. Extra features: Reflective piping, RFID pockets, zipper pulls, detachable hoods, internal organization pockets and more, depending on your product type.

Do you provide samples before mass production? What about sample cost and delivery time?

Yes, we provide samples before mass production so you can verify quality, fit, color and functional performance in advance. The process works like this. Sample cost: The sample fee depends on the level of customization. For standard styles it is affordable, and for complex developments (new patterns, custom prints or special fabrics) a development fee may apply. The sample fee is refundable or deducted from your bulk order once the order is confirmed, so sampling is effectively free for serious buyers. Sample time: Samples generally take 7-15 days depending on fabric availability, design complexity and shipping route. If you need a stock-fabric sample it can be much faster, sometimes within 3-5 days. What you get: You receive the physical sample with a detailed specification sheet (fabric composition, measurements, color codes), and we also provide photos and video checks during development so you can track progress. Revision: If the first sample is not exactly what you want, we will revise and send an amended sample until you are fully satisfied.

What is your MOQ for custom outdoor clothing?

Our MOQ depends on three factors: garment type, fabric, and design complexity. For most standard styles, the minimum order starts at 300 pcs per style and per color, which we designed to balance production efficiency with low-risk market testing for our customers. We know that many brands start with small test orders, so we offer flexible options wherever possible - for example, you can start with a smaller quantity in basic fabrics or combine multiple colors into a single production run. If you are planning a new product launch, we recommend contacting us with your design details and target market, and we will give you an exact MOQ and a clear quotation within 24 hours. Our goal is to help you enter the market quickly without overcommitting your budget.
